Dentistry for Midtown

I went in only asking for a crown and partials turn out Dr. Koch will hard speak to you just going in pulling out teeth that can be save. My top mouth is messed up and now I can no longer have partial. Financial person and that Dr. Got together and charger me money over thousand after my insurance would pay what she wanted to charger and new this In the beginning. Just money hunger during the covid 2021.

Pretty convenient parking sometimes good sometimes not so good but the staff is very cool from the girl. Who’s at the desk to the other associates. Everybody treats you very well you’re in and out of there on time. Very nice clean office. Space yes I definitely recommend it.

I had an appointment Monday at 7 AM. I made the 30 minute drive and was told their system was down once I got there, and so my appointment would have to be cancelled. Fine. Next day, I got a call asking me to reschedule. I ask if I could get a discount (their policy is that "all same day cancellations will incur a non-refundable $100 broken appointment charge" for patients). The person on the phone proceeds to claim they tried calling me and I didn't answer. I pull up my call record and there is nothing, tell them to substantiate their claim. Nothing. I then get told that everyone that morning had their appointment cancelled and that I should not complain.
