Dentists at Midtown

The dentists are generally good, I’ve been coming here for years now and encouraged my family to start going to them as well. They made a mistake on an inlay procedure a week before I was going out of town for my wedding so a piece of cement was digging into my tongue. They refused to see me before I left for something that would be a 5 minute fix - I know it’s the case because I’m getting my friend whose a dentist to help me order the tool to do the work on it myself. Being so inflexible and cold is a terrible way to run a business, particularly to loyal customers.

I needed a new crown and went back to this place. I found out that Dr. Sweeney was gone, and I was back with Dr. Garcia, who is a pleasure to work with. Everything went well, and within the space of 2 weeks, I had my new crown seated. I would also like to thank Maria, who was assisting Dr. Garcia. She is very knowledgeable about dentistry, as she was a dentist in her own country. I felt very comfortable and at ease with her because she had a very pleasant and friendly bedside manner. I'm glad that she is now working there. The front staff is very welcoming and helpful. I like how organized everyone is. Parking is very convenient and free in the back. My experience has always been good here.

I had a terrible experience here. I was offered a veneer instead of fixing my natural teeth with Invisalign. Then they couldn’t even make the veneer correctly so they had to redo it 3 times! On top of that they sold me a fake retainer, I specifically asked for a brand Vivera because it’s good and durable. They assured me that it was that brand however the retainer was missing the label on them like other Vivera’s retainers do. Anyways, after 6 months their retainer has holes in it and I’m extremely disappointed! All this microplastic I consumed from their fake and cheap retainer. I have a Vivera retainer on the bottom teeth and it’s still in great condition compared to theirs. So disappointed!
