I’ll be honest, I have extreme dental phobia. In the past I’ve dreaded getting my teeth seen by the dentist because it was so painful. I’ve held off from a dental check up for years. When I came in, Dr. Chen instantly put me at ease. After my initial screening, I knew I had a lot of dental work to be done. However, she was really considerate of my time and actually was able to do a same-day crown and tooth filling! I was really impressed by the amount of caring and professionalism of both the dentist and her team. I could tell my comfort was the number one priority. She took time to make sure the numbing injections were effective and that I was super comfortable before she started any work. Overall, I would definitely come here again and I know that now I will be more consistent with my dental care and follow up. Thank you so much for making me feel comfortable at the dentist office!

Just wanna say everything about Dentists of Mesa is great. I was nervous about needing dental work. The dental assistants and Wanda were very welcoming. The dentist was amazing too. Dr. Chen was very clear on my dental needs and educated me on my dental care. Alaeny and Marili were great. Good conversation with Wanda at the end made the visit even better. Great dental care here.

I had the exact same experience as the post from Jennifer Zakaras with Lily Chen when I saw her for an appointment. Went in for my usual 6 month exam and cleaning and was refused this after Dr. Chen examined me and recommended a deep root cleaning. Advised her I would consider doing this at a later date; however, wanted to get the routine cleaning as scheduled as I was slightly overdue for this and my dental plan covered this service. She refused to perform this because I did not agree immediately with her recommendation for the very costly root cleaning (not covered by my insurance) that very same day without allowing me to consider this further. I questioned her refusal and asked how a routine cleaning would in any way harm me until I had more time to consider the costly root cleaning she was recommending.
