I had a horrible experience at this location with my doctor and someone that claimed to be the front office manager, she didn’t give me her name. I don’t recommend this place at all, by far the worst dentist office there is. They actually don’t know what they are doing here especially the doctor. I went in because I had really bad sensitivity on my back molars and my doctor said I only needed crowns. So I got my crowns on a Thursday and on Saturday I started get really bad throbbing pain all the way from my ear to my front teeth, it felt like horrible stabbing pain. I was in so much pain that I couldn’t even sleep for 2 nights from the excruciating pain I felt. I went first thing Monday morning when they opened and I still had to wait till 10 until the doctor arrived. I was seen by another non compassionate doctor that seemed like she didn’t care what was happening to me and she told me it looks like I might need a root canal. Very welcoming and friendly/efficient team. They use current tech and hassle free x-ray equipment for quickly diagnosing and solving their patient's pains. I had a pretty good experience there, considering what had to happen inside my mouth ????. Highly recommend the team here for solving tooth pain and root infection problems. Only issue for me was finding parking. I had to use the McDonald's lot, for both of my visits, then cross the street to their office. This was due to the massive amount of snowfall, so I can't blame them too much for that

Amazing experience with this team. Morgan ( dental hygienist) is SUPER nice and gentle on the teeth and gums during cleaning. The doctor - she reviewed my x-rays, listened to a few sensitivity issues I was having, and confirmed that those issues are a reuslt of needing a filling. This is where it gets good. I used to be a client of Reno Smiles Dentistry. 4 to 5 months ago I went in, was told I needed a filling (same location) and was told that it would cost me 371.00 roughly for a single filling to be done. I go into Desert Valley Dental - this same filling will cost me 42.00 roughly. I will HAPPILY continue to support Desert Valley Dental as they dont try to overcharge or upsell for things you dont actually need.
