Just had my first visit here and was very impressed. The front office staff were friendly and efficient. My little grandson had to come with me and Michelle, my hygienist, made sure he was comfortable the whole time. She was very nice and did a great job. Dr. Harrington, my dentist, took time to explain everything and I felt in good hands with both of them. I highly recommend Lemmon Valley Dental Group!

Temporary crown broke after it was on for a few days, I knew it was going to happen even though they assured me it would be ok. I could feel it wasn't level and that it would take the brunt of the pressure from grinding and chewing. Called in to have a new temporary put on today and was told to come in. Took time off work just to show up and have them tell me their call center must have taken the call and that I would have to reschedule and take more time off work. Any company who auto responds to online complaints with "give us a call" should be avoided imo. You have all these patients' contact information and should be reaching out to them to resolve the issues.

Extremely unprofessional and disorganized. First they scheduled a root canal for 9am, and then scheduled another appointment to permanently seal the cap at 1pm the same day. Y’all need a new scheduler that chick ain’t it. Secondly while the dentist is operating and supposed to be providing full attention, a nurse brings her ugly boyfriend in to introduce him to the dentist. Couldn’t wait till he was free and not busy. Definitely will not be returning. Save yourself time and money
