So I’ve been seeing Dr. Allen at this location for about five years now anyways I recently had to get a mouthguard because I was grinding my teeth at night and giving myself blisters in my cheeks. Best thing ever I had the best sleep last night it didn’t bother me. I slept a straight 7 1/2 hours that has never happened I only wish I would’ve had it about three years ago.
