Every Kid's Dentist & Orthodontics

TDLR: Staff used my pii from children's charts without consent. They then used that info to fill out forms on my behalf. Every Kid's Dentist has been hit or miss, but overall the pros outweighed the cons (especially for Medicaid users). In the last two years there was quite a bit of turnover, but that isn't unusual for Medicaid providers and none of the providers were bad. They also mixed up my children and attempted to provide care without "sedation" (I don't know if its called that for kids, but the drowsy gas) to the child who was "always sedate". They did eventually believe me when my child went into a state of panic. Other than being there much longer than normal (to wait for sedation on the unscheduled child) they DID actually recover professionally, and this incident was not enough to deter me. My boys have a bad gag reflex and I had warned the dentist beforehand. When brushing their teeth the female dentist yelled at them to sit still and be quiet making my youngest cry. After we had a follow up appointment I had asked for no needles and only sedation because of their gag reflexes and they proceeded to give my 9 year old son 8 shots in his gums before telling me they weren’t able to do any work and he had to come back to be sedated, and with my youngest they told me he was too obese IN FRONT OF HIM and that I had to take him to a hospital to have ONE cavity removed. The manager refused to speak with me about any of this and I have called twice and have been told I would receive a call back and nothing has been done. Don’t take your children here unless you want to be completely ignored by all the personnel!!

Love this place! Everyone from the staff is super friendly and there is little wait time to be seen. Dr. Dennis is super personable, caring, and thorough! He makes my kids feel at ease by talking to them during the process to try to have them focus on something other than the procedure, he is fast and efficient! Highly recommend and will continue to have services done here!
