OMG! I received serious Gold Star Treatment from Dr. Taylor as a 1st time & New Patient! He did my ROOT CANAL! I am terrified of needles but he numbed me with no pain. I went to sleep. I expected post surgery pain, but none whatsoever! I didn’t even need Tylenol! I didn’t miss a day of work either. Dr. Taylor is MAGNIFICENT! Then I learned he’s also a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity!

Flying to Cedar Hill, TX from Charlotte, NC was well worth the experience. Of course, with many dental procedures the "nerve factor" plays a part, however, his professionalism and friendly demeanor made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process of my root canal (in fact, I fell asleep a few times). I certainly can appreciate the skills and expertise of Dr. Taylor. His attention to detail and thorough explanation of the procedure step by step was reassuring. I am grateful for his attentiveness and genuine concern for me as his patient. The cleanliness and organization of the office and the efficiency of the staff is to be commended. If you're in search of a skilled and caring Endodontist, look no further than, Dr. Taylor. I highly recommend his services.

I wish there were more stars to offer.. We all know root canals are no fun, YET Dr. Taylor and his staff encompass an experience unlike I have ever had in any form of dentistry. Professionalism, HONESTY, cutting edge technology. His staff made me feel like family from the moment I walked in - Dr. Taylor performed an extensive root canal with minimal discomfort. Music plays to help with the noises that come with the tools involved. He even subtly sings along (R&B) - he can definitely sing, but you didn’t hear that from me! ???? AGAIN, EXEMPLARY WORK by everyone in that office. Never thought I’d say getting a root canal was remotely pleasant- this office is unique- literally a vibe! Tell a friend to tell a friend, if you need a root canal- you’d be doing yourself a disservice if you didn’t seek this TEAM of professionals out!
