Horrible experience with billing office, staff can't or won't work with my insurance company to resolve issues. They sent my balance to a collection agency for something that I'm not responsible. Billing issues has been going on for over a year. They just don't care!

I went yesterday to get my FREE annual cleaning and they told me I needed a deep cleaning because they said I had gum disease. I was terrified and confused because I had never heard this from my previous dentist. When I got the quote it was $890 for a deep cleaning. I said nope and today I went to A private dentist and he didn’t say anything about me having gum disease and he was able to clean my teeth. I paid out of pocket because this place didn’t want to service me my free dental cleaning! They are scammers please don’t come here.

Omg!!!! I had services on yesterday 9-18-2023 and I must say the BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER!! The office manager, Camika is God sent!!! Their location didn’t have any openings and instead of her scheduling the next day or another day, she called around to check other locations. No luck! She heard my pain over the phone and was able to squeeze me in at her office ( same day) lucky me huh?! I went in “ hurting” and came out “smiling”. Her customer service is a BEAST! While waiting for my appointment information from another staff member. She stepped in asked if I had any questions , she went over my paperwork with me and explained financial options to help me pay for the treatment that I need. She even called me after my visit to check on me and provide me with great news about my upcoming appointment! Let’s just say, ALL BASES ARE COVERED! ????????
