Dr. Mei and her staff are amazing! Everyone is friendly and professional, they never make you feel like they are rushing off to the next patient even though they are always busy. My 14 year old got his braces off this week and my 10 year old just got her spacers put in so we get to visit them for at least the next 2 years!
I've wanted braces since I was a kid but my mom was a single mom and couldn't afford it but she did the best she could taking care of her children so as I got older I had plan to one day get braces, so in early 2020 I did some research onine and came across many orthodontist offices in Richmond Virginia but for some good reason Dominion Orthodontics captured my attention the most and I know there are many good Orthodontic offices but this one tops the list. I reached out to them and scheduled an appointment and I ended up talking to Dr. Mei in person, she explained everything on how braces and invisalign works and she greeted me as if she knew me very well and that really made me feel good. I said to myself that she has no idea but I'm not going anywhere else because I want her and her amazing staff to bring my teeth back to life. Dr. Pratt and the staff at Dominion Orthodontics are absolutely wonderful! We’ve been patients for almost 2.5yrs. My daughter and I are so pleased with her new smile!
