LOVE LOVE LOVE HORSEY ORTHODONTICS!!! BEST PRICES AND SERVICE IN THE CITY, HANDS DOWN!!

Very disappointed with the practice. Called to schedule an appointment and consultation because of a pain during chewing and execerbation of TMJ. They took my info, including insurance. Then I asked if this involves possible X-ray. All of the sudden they can't see me and "recommend to come for a consulatation when I am no longer pregnant". When I asked to talk with someone who has a medical background, they put you on indefinite hold. They don't get when you are in pain and can't wait for months to be seen. Then an office manager calls and "recommend to go to OB and primary care provider to talk about the risk of teeth x-ray". Mind you, those people never had experience with pregnant clients? It is recommended by American Obsetric Association to check your teeth regularly and take care if need during pregnancy. This is nonsence, unprofessional answers to get rid of you. If you need a dental care and you are in pain, safe yourself time and find some other practice who cares about you.

I love Orthodontics. It’s a very clean and neat place. Everyone there is very friendly, listens to all questions you ask, give answers/steps you need I would recommend this orthodontic to anyone Henrico location was the best for me They also have another location on Midlothian. FYI I love my braces ????
