River Run Dental

I absolutely love this practice. I’ve been going here for years and had the best experience today. I came in with some aesthetic concerns that brought me to tears. My dentist Alexa and the dental assistant were so incredibly empathetic, sweet and reassuring. I left feeling so happy and hopeful that I can trust them to fix me up. Also this place is a spa so I get a massaging dentist chair, a neck pillow, essential oils, and more during every visit. Highly recommend this place. It’s the best!

I noticed the ads for River Run Dental a couple of years ago and was intrigued. I wondered how a dental practice could actually be all that they claimed. Well this year I decided to find out for myself and made a change from my dentist of many years. The practice is everything they describe in their materials. They truly live their mission and have managed to make going to the dentist pleasant. Part of their approach is providing some 'creature comforts' (neck pillows, fuzzy blankets, etc) which are actually amazingly effective in bringing my stress level down. But honestly what they have achieved is much more than that. It is the way that you feel cared for from the minute you walk in the door to the minute you leave. I am so happy that I made this change. And thank you River Run for making something I typically dread so much more pleasant!

This office understands that the dentist isn’t the most comfortable. They take amazing steps to make sure you are at ease and relaxed during your appointment. The comfort menu seems a little silly, though I do opt for a neck pillow every visit; this should be an industry standard, in my opinion. It’s an absolute game-changer in the world of comfort. I’ve had lots of anxiety with dentistry and quite a bit of financial trauma from past dental work when I was much younger. Once I found River Run Dental, all of my anxieties went away. Of course, with any office that offers Invisalign, they offer orthodontics pretty quickly, but they don’t push it like some other offices. I had some harsh news about my teeth delivered to me, and the staff was so helpful and empathetic. I had two appointments that required minor periodontics, but the second appointment is why I’m rating 4 stars.
