They are great! I, like so many, really don't care for the dentist. However, I enjoy going here because they listen, they care, they're always friendly. They know what they're doing and they don't torture you EVER! Been coming for years and will continue.
I was in need of establishing care with a new dental practice and Downriver Smiles was able to get me in the very next day. Everyone I have interacted with has been friendly and compassionate. New patient form completion was a breeze. Dr. Gaunt was thorough and took time to really explain where things stood for me and the recommended plan moving forward.
