Very informative, of course my visit was uncomfortable not due to the doctors or place but just the issues I have going on at the moment. But Dr Costello was very upfront and honest with me and made me feel a little at ease. Very friendly group. My only dislike about the office is that they don't have closed walls for privacy... so everyone who walks past the room your in can see what's going on. Other than that, I love the warming set up in the lobby and I look forward to this new start.
I have been going to Downtown Dental for years. The employees there are so nice and friendly plus they do great work. Mary had been my hygienist since day one and she is just awesome. I feel like we connect on some many levels and can talk about anything with each other. I love coming to this office because the hygienst, doctor and even the receptionist are so friendly and kind and they make you feel so welcome. They will forever be the place that takes care of my dental concerns. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK Downtown Dental.
My experience at Downtown Dental was more than I expected. Professional, courteous, non-judge mental, and easily understandable. Dr. Costello and his assistants took the time to explain my situation. When I left, I had a workable plan in place.
