This morning I met with a very young and a professional dental hygienist. The best thing I liked was her approach. After introducing herself, she had a brief conversation about my expectations and what she would be doing. Right there she broke the ice of a "fearful person". Good job, I got relaxed. I didn't have to worry any more. She has a beautiful and soft tone. She is a very caring young lady. You have to believe me, I felt my daughter was taking good care of me. Thank God. Thank you very much for the wonderful job. I would definitely recommend her. FIVE STARS
I was referred by another doctor to this practice. Dr Patel was very thorough and gave honest feedback on the reason I was referred. The hygienist- Amy was very nice and made me feel comfortable during my cleaning. She was able to work me in so I wouldn't have to come back. She explained the cleaning and what the terminology meant, she was very personable. Overall it was a very good experience. I would recommend others to come here.
So I was a bit apprehensive because it had been some time since I’ve gone to the dentist. And I’d been yelled at and judged by other medical professionals for neglecting care (of which was beyond my control as I didn’t have insurance for some time, anyways), so I was worried that I would receive the some type of judgement for it. NOPE! Everyone was kind and explained everything extremely well! Dr. Ayoade, broke down what was going on and then explained to me the treatment of care plan. I must say, even with my best health care experiences, none amount to the level of care I received today. If I could leave 1000 stars I would!
