Gloss Dental - City Park

I had an appointment scheduled with them on the 15th of January which I had to reschedule because the dentist was not going to be there (or something like that). So they rescheduled me to the 19th of January at 3:00 p.m. In order to make that appointment I had to miss an hour from work. I showed up approximately ten minutes early. I waited an hour and 30 minutes and I still was not seen by the dentist. Nothing was done in an hour and thirty minutes. I should not have to wait that long. I wonder how much longer I would have been there before I was going to be seen and how long everything would have taken once the appointment actually started and when I was telling some of the staff that I had been waiting for an hour and thirty minutes, it just seemed like they did not care. I don't like my time being wasted.

Dr. Bowen is a most professional and caring dentist. After I informed him of my very sensitive teeth , he extra took steps to make sure I felt no discomfort at all. I will surely recommend him.

Amazing experience at this location, from the front desk to the actual exam! The doctor answered all of my questions and concerns and I didn’t feel as though they were just trying to up sale me on things. I will definitely make this my regular location and dentist l.
