I always have a great experience at the dental practice. Paige is thorough, friendly, enthusiastic and encouraging. She is skilled at giving positive feedback and also highlighting areas which need improvement. She manages to carry on interesting conversation while cleaning my teeth. Everyone in the office is friendly and respectful. This visit followed a long inpatient stay at VCU for medical reasons. Paige and Dr, Stenger worked especially hard to counter the impact of the illness on my oral hygiene. As always they were encouraging. Being a patient in this practice feels like family.
Dr Gupta and Kristine are Exceptional !!! I'm new to Richmond, so this was my first visit. Both Dr Gupta and Kristine are very knowledgeable, experienced and extremely good in their practice. Their experience and care/concern for me as their patient was obvious as we talked through a care plan to give me the best outcome for my dental and oral health. They will be my dental team as long as I live in RVA.
I've had two appointments with Dr. Stout. The first was to establish dental care as I just moved to Richmond. I chose Dr. Stout because my husband had just been for a broken tooth and highly recommended her. The male hygienist (can't recall his name) and Dr. Stout were excellent! During my exam, Dr. Stout noticed that I have several very loose teeth. I have known about this for decades but she is the first to recommend adjusting my bite as a remedy to save these teeth from eventually falling out. I scheduled a second appointment (no charge!), Dr. Stout adjusted the bite by gently "filing" down the two teeth causing the poor bite and I felt no pain at all. After this procedure, Dr. Stout noticed that I had some tartar buildup on my lower front teeth and proceeded to descale them. She also recommended that I get dental picks with small brushes to clean between these teeth daily to help prevent the tartar buildup.
