Very disappointed i even referred my friend's, and my work from them didn't last long, my dental situation is worse than before.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. It is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! I do not recommend anyone to go here! They are taking advantage of people with Medicaid and I believe they are fraudulently doing so. I have been in the Medical field for over 25 years and have NEVER seen anything like this place! They do not send in any authorizations to the insurance company to see if the braces are covered. They then tell the patients the insurance won't cover them and have them sign up for a financial program that allows them to do payments. You have to put down a huge down payment same day with monthly payments. Not only to them but also to the financial program they have you sign up with. It is all lies and they never even checked with the insurance to see if they would cover the braces. This place is nasty and very unsanitary. They throw the metal on the floors from the patients mouth while putting braces on the patients. They have so many patients waiting for hours for their appointments due to

Dr. Karl and Yoselyn were incredibly kind and professional, both exhibited excellent customer service. My mom had been waiting in the reception area for about an hour before being called into an exam room. There was no one in the room to attend to her, so, more waiting. I addressed my concern with Yoselyn, she was apologetic and immediately went to speak with a doctor about getting my mom seen asap. Enter Dr. Karl, he was courteous, attentive and patient with my mom who is recovering from a stroke. Thank you both for making a stressful situation better by being kind and showing concern.
