Endodontic and Implantology Associates

I recently had a root canal done by Dr. Shirani. Dr. Shirani is an excellent dentist and went above and beyond to make sure I receive the needed care. I explained to him how in the past I had some issues getting numbed and he made me feel comfortable and came up with a great treatment plan that worked. The entire experience in this office was amazing. The lady who called to confirm my appointment was polite and caring, the people in the front office answered all my questions and provided an excellent experience with a smile on their face. Dr. Shirani explained to me what was happening throughout the entire procedure and let me know what was going to happen every step of the way. His assistant was very professional and efficient. Going to the dentist for a root canal in general isn't the most enjoyable experience but Dr. Shirani and his staff made this a truly enjoyable process. Very rude staff. Finance part is very badly managed and ended up paying big $$ out-of-pocket for no reason, and I have a good dental insurance too. Not recommended.
