I've always been terrified of getting dental work done because I have always had a ton of dental issues growing up. I also had a dentist in the past who was rude, didn't care that I was in pain during procedures, and sloppy with his work, so this gave me some trauma. I was referred to Dr. Shuster because my dentist was pretty confident that I would need a tooth that had a root canal extracted due to a huge infection. I wanted a second opinion from an endodontist because I was terrified of losing a tooth, and that's how I ended up here. There are many reasons why I loved my visit with Dr. Shuster. First of all, his office staff are all kind and welcoming. It's super easy to schedule and communicate with them because they offer texting. Once I actually got in, Dr. Shuster was extremely knowledgable and professional. He would explain to me different options that are available, then took extra care to look at a CT scan on different screen resolutions before determining the best option to t

I was very surprised and pleased with how easily my root canal went. I'd never had one before so I was pretty nervous but the assistant has a lovely bedside manner that eased my anxiety and Dr. Ko explained the procedure well. Hopefully I never need another root canal but if I do, I would return.

Had a root canal with Dr. Shuster and Carlos. They were incredibly professional, fast and precise. Not only that, but due to the pain I was feeling, they were able to see me same day and, as far as I could tell, stayed late to take care of the procedure. Marie behind the front desk also explained the administrative items and post-care very well. Everyone was very friendly. I was dreading my first root canal but Endodontic Arts made it as quick, painless and (relatively) pleasant as can be.
