The front staff is nice and the doctors are competent but the billing practices of this office are outrageous. They barely looked at the concern I had with my mouth, but had no problem spending a lot of time going over my treatment plan where I was quoted a price of almost $9,000 (after insurance). When I told them I couldn’t pay that and asked for options, they tried to have me apply for a line of credit. I went to another provider and they charged me less than half of what Expert Dental wanted to charge me and for the exact same procedures. Go if you must. You’ll be taken care of but you’ll probably be ripped off in the process. Look elsewhere if you can. You can find a dental provider who actually wants to help you without sending you into debt.

Came to this location for the first time, everyone here is very caring. The desk staff were helpful in helping me get registered, the cleaning was very professionally and gently done, and the ambience was nice. They are open 7 days a week which is a nice touch for working folks. Would definitely recommend coming here for your dental needs!

I recently had an appointment at this dental clinic, and my experience was unfortunately less than satisfactory. The total time spent in the clinic was three hours, only one of which was spent on the actual cleaning process. The rest of the time was largely wasted waiting, which was both surprising and frustrating. In addition to the long wait times, there was no opportunity provided to discuss my oral health or any concerns with a dentist. I believe patient education and discussion are integral parts of any healthcare process, and the lack of such communication here was a letdown. Another issue was the management. The clinic lacks efficient start-to-end process management, making the overall experience quite disorganized. This is disappointing as good management is fundamental to ensure a smooth patient journey and reduce wait times.
