I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional care and support Dr. Tam and his team provided during my recent dental procedure. As someone who typically feels apprehensive about dental visits, they made the entire experience feel surprisingly easy and comfortable. Having traversed the treacherous terrain of root canals not once, not twice, but thrice under the expert care of Dr. Wu at Fidi Endodontics, I can confidently say she, and this office, is amazing. Yepp - three root canals in three weeks! Dr. Wu's gentle demeanor and soothing words worked wonders in calming my nerves, turning what should have been a wracking experience into a surprisingly serene and simple procedure. Her professionalism made the entire process not only painless but dare I say, slightly enjoyable? The whole staff from start to finish is extremely patient and helpful. I had a lovely time interacting with all the dental assistants as well. I've definitely emerged not only with three successfully treated teeth but also with a newfound appreciation for the artistry of endodontics.

They are the best! Thank you to Dr. Wu for making things easy and she did gave me options as to what had needed to do. I was skeptical to do the procedure but you just need the right doctors and you’ll be fine. I knew from the moment she was explaining things, was really a good decision that I was able to find them.
