I visited your practice back in May with the intention of obtaining new flippers until my implants. Unfortunately, the process has been far from satisfactory. It took three months to receive an unmeasured flipper that seemed as if it was made for someone else entirely. Subsequently, I decided to cancel the service and requested a refund in cash. Regrettably, the issues did not end there. Despite several attempts to follow up personally, I have yet to receive my refund. The level of service I encountered from your staff has been disheartening. The workers have been consistently rude, and during my visits to the practice, I felt ignored and dismissed. Even the manager has not made eye contact with me during these encounters. To add to my disappointment, when I finally received a refund, it was in the form of a check and was discounted by $200. I was expecting a $700 cash refund, but instead, I received a $520 check that I couldn’t even DEPOSIT. I wish I paid with my card. This experience

I have been going to Sheri Trooper at PDA Dental for more than 10+ years. She is an incredible hygienist! I couldn't recommend her more. She is always smiling and kind and does a great job with my teeth1 What more could you ask for? I am so lucky to have found Sheri at PDA. I actually look forward to going to the dentist now.
