Poor communication, Lack of professionalism, Profits over patient care..
Confirmation Text read 1:00, arrived at 12:50. Was taken back at 1:45! For just a cleaning, no x rays, left office at 2:40! Who has that kind of time for a teeth cleaning! Beautiful Building. Hygienist was pleasant. Absolutely horrible time management. Take the entire afternoon off if you go there!
Monday May 22, 2023 was my first experience at Fioritto Family Dental. Everyone was Welcoming, friendly, got me back to see Dr. Turcinov quickly. The staff went over every detail that needed to ba addressed and up front with cost, payments. I went in with tooth/gum issues and they were able to help relieve my pain that day. Thank You Dr. Turcinov and staff and I look forward to coming back in the future. It’s nice to not have the continuous discomfort I was having!
