Their website says "we strive to provide our patients with quality care, comfort and convenience." Unfortunately those words ring hollow. Terrible customer service at reception both times I have been. Recently, I was five minutes late to an appt (which they had already rescheduled once before) and the receptionist cancelled appointment and forced me to reschedule. The excuse was that they only have one hygienist. "Dental Associate" is apparently a more appropriate name. The teeth cleaning I had there, wasn't that good. I did not get that usual smooth clean feeling.
I drive to the dentist to see about my teeth.... The send me to the back to get x-rays just for them to send me to a referral dentist because this man is about to retire... Why did I go to be honest I have no clue...
I can’t say enough great things about Flagler Dental Associates, Dr. Ryan Smith and the entire staff. Every experience has been professional, gentle and caring. Thank you for treating our family the way that you do.
