Palm Landing Dental

I had to have preparation work done for a crown (core and post). A previous dentist had extracted my fractured tooth. The previous experience made me very hesitant with going to a new dental office. From walking into this office, to meeting the entire staff, my experience was reassuring. The hygienist (Paulina) was excellent and put me at ease right from the start. She explained everything she was doing in detail and any questions I had she answered and was very detailed in her explanations. There never seemed to be any time pressure and nothing was rushed. Dr. Nong is an exceptional dentist . He explained what he was going to do, giving me the chance to ask any questions before he began work. They were both very up beat, outstanding at their job and put me at ease at all times. I highly recommend this dental practice, I have more work to be done and this is the only place I will go. Thank you!

Went for my initial appointment for exam and x-rays. Wasn't told of any payment expectation until I tried to schedule my cleaning appointment. This should have been explained before I ever sat in the chair. I left the practice years ago because of their shady front office staff, guess nothing has changed.

Was having a tooth ache, called to schedule appointment I was given an appointment the next day. I was really happy thinking I was going to finally get some sleep from the discomfort I had been experiencing because of the tooth ache, not eating nor getting much sleep. I went to the appointment the next day to be highly disappointed. The only thing that was done was an X-ray. And was told to schedule an appointment to come back because he was too busy to do anything that day. I was given any antibiotics for the discomfort or anything. I was highly upset I took off from for absolutely nothing. Still in pain. I will not be returning I found a dentist that can remove the teeth the same day. What a day wasted and time missed from work.
