I change dental insurance PPO to HMO .When I make appointments for recement crown , They say yes. Dr Arron Jarvis won’t recemet teeth s crown back , even though that crown is in perfect condition , the insurance won’t pay because just done not long ago, the estimated to pay new crown the amount is $730.00 . I beg Dr . Jarvis to recement crown back for me ( because the insurance won’t cover new crown ) and don’t needs warranty. He say : I not going to do it. And I also beg office for recement crown too . They won’t do it. Recement Crown Insurance only pay $10.00 . I go back to PPO out of network Dr. to recement the Crown back for $204. And this visit with Dr. Jarvis , they bill insurance for $ 402.00 . Is this office is good ? How about the doctor ?
