Western Dental & Orthodontics

This is my first time visiting Western Dental and they were all very friendly and professional. I’ve been to other dental offices and they are rude or don’t care to answer patient questions but not at Western Dental! Christina P was nice enough to answer all my questions and help me understand my treatment plan.????

The experience I had at Western dental was easily hands down the best experience I’ve had at a dental office in AZ. They were very attentive and helpful in making sure I was comfortable and aware of each step they went through. The staff are super friendly and office was very clean.

Very disappointed. I called and set an appointment for my grandson. I asked them verified that they took ACCCHS insurance they said they did. When we went to the appointment we were told that they did not take the insurance. I told them that they need to be clearer in their website. After showing up at the appointment then being turned away the next day I got an email saying I was a no show and would I like to reschedule. No no and no
