Dr Ferraro and his nurse are great. They made sure I was comfortable during my root canal and were really good about explaining things to me. The office is clean and inviting.
I had a last minute emegency root canal and the dentist and staff were incredible from the services to the care given. Very kind and gentle. I will gladly drive the hour and 20 minutes to see them again for all my dental needs. Thank you Four Lakes Family Dental for you excellent care.
I would not recommend this dental facility. I requested to only have care that my insurance covered (multiple times) and they did not list or honor my request. They did more than my insurance covered and left me with a huge bill. They would not respond to emails - even about payment. They also do not call about payment reminders. They told me that they would call at the beginning of December and never did. They were not respectful of my wishes and don’t seem very on top of customer service.
