Would give no stars if I could. Worst experience my daughter could have had with braces. Brackets fell off within 24hrs of getting her new braces. Have had to go back at least 4 more times to fix more brackets that have fallen off. She has had 4 brackets loose for multiple weeks and they can’t get her in to fix it yet. Teeth have shifted and getting crooked again. Now a wire broke and she is bleeding. When I called (not calmly anymore), they still said it would be multiple days for an emergency. What a joke. Worst customer service I have ever had. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!

This place has gone above and beyond to adjust the plan for my son's teeth to keep him comfortable and achieve the results we need. We are here on a snow day- waiting for my son to have an adjustment and the staff were so sweet to my daughter in the waiting room. They even helped her make a snow cone for fun!

Wow!! We’ve been coming here for the past 5 years and I was losing hope. Under the previous leadership, Prairie Grove was becoming a place of dread. I was delighted today with the friendly staff and the positive vibe. I’m glad we hung in there. Great job turning it around Prairie Grove!
