Absolutely amazing staff!! We've had some bad experiences with some prior dentists so had been looking for a new dentist for our family. We found Dr. Francis on google reviews with 5 star ratings. And let me say if we could give him and his staff 10 stars we would! Wonderful experience for all of our family! Thank you Dr. Francis and staff❤
Dr. Francis and his team are great. I've needed a lot of work and they've helped me keep a nice smile. I tend to get really anxious about dental work but Dr. Francis is really calm and I always feel like he will take care of me. The hygienist, Ceri, is really gentle when she cleans my teeth and she's become a good friend over the years. I really couldn't recommend a better dental office!
By far THE best. My visits are met with smiling faces as Connie and Debbie are so personable. Ceri has been my hygienist forever and I love her! She is professional, knowledgeable, gentle and fun. Dr. Bill is by far the most understanding and gentle dentist I have ever been to. You will be treated fairly and most important, honestly. I highly recommend Francis Dental Center.
