This place is very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I scheduled an appointment in April. I was given an appointment for June. I just drove 25 minutes to the location for the receptionist to tell me that they don’t see adult patients. Why didn’t you tell me that before scheduling my appointment? Wasting my time mileage and gas. Very unprofessional..! I could have been saw another dentist by now. As bad as my tooth hurts. I should have went with my intuition they day I scheduled my appointment about this place. I just got an email to confirm My appointment yesterday. If you have my email and phone number you could have called me and informed me long ago that your office didn’t accept adult patients anymore. Matter of fact why did someone schedule me? If I can give 0 stars I would. I do not recommend this dentist. Their communication is horrible and very unprofessional. Do you even care for your patients?

My son’s appointment is at 8:am, and he is still sitting in chair just waiting to be seen. I know one thing this is my last time coming to this location. What is the point of making an appointment if you still not seen on time! So ready to go, never again

Worst place ever!! I came on for an extraction consult and they cleaned my daughter teeth. Apologized rescheduled the consult and surgery only to call and rescheduled the time for the extraction. Allowed me to pull up and park to tell me the doctor that was supposed to do it not coming in. Worst place ever!! 10/10 don’t recommend!!! Good luck to all that continue to use them. Zero stars to give but I have to.
