I had a nasty bike accident many years ago where one of my top front teeth broke and the crown I had broke. Dr Austin did the implant and although at first they said they took my insurance, we later found out that was not the case, they worked with me on paying out of pocket which at first was a headache but we came to a fair agreement but was still a lot more than I was expecting to pay if the insurance had covered it. A couple years later the venire fell out, I called them back and they said they would take care of it with out charging me. I had to make many visits for two years and a handful of painful bone grafts because my gums receded and there was not much bone for the implant to stay. They were always nice and made me feel very welcomed every time I went (although they are busy and a lot of times I was waiting past my appointment time to be seen).
