Gentle Dental Arts

My cleaning today was amazing! Lindsay is very gentle and so kind!! The dentist was also awesome and very informative and knowledgeable! He had great answers to my questions! I had a great experience!!

I am baffled by all the glowing reviews of this practice. It had been a long time since I had, had work done when I first went to see Dr. Larsen and I needed extensive work done and a repair done on my permanent retainer which I was assured they could do. Once I was under anesthesia I was told he couldn't actually fix it and he could wing a fix if I wanted but wasn't actually trained to do it. I have since had to have much of that work re-done by another dentist as fillings have fallen out and one of my molars was cracked as a result of the work I had done. It was horrifically painful for weeks after causing splitting migraines and they continued to just suggest ibuprofen. A different dentist was able to fix one of my fillings that was hitting a nerve. Perhaps the worst part though, was they insisted they had to pre-charge me without first going through my insurance and told me I would get a refund. However they billed the insurance incorrectly multiple times, asked ME what the right b

Very welcoming. The receptionist was very efficient! The Dentist checked the X-rays. And asked if I had any concerns. The hygienist was thorough, and did a great job making me feel comfortable, and I left with clean sparkly teeth. A great experience.
