They've been very good. They work with me and get what they say will do done. They explain and help me understand exactly what's going on. I feel like I am a complicated customer cause of horrible experiences in my past, but with them, I haven't felt that way.
My first experience was positive. I had confidence in the dentist after our interaction, and I appreciate his approach to dentistry. Because I was assigned to a trainee, my cleaning and flossing wasn’t as thorough as I’m used to, but it was completely efficiently and pleasantly. I plan on going back.
My husband has been going to Dr. Hill for years and said he’s awesome. He really is! He provided options and we came up with a plan we both felt comfortable with. He’s very kind and listens. His staff are so welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend him.
