Extremely professional staff - from appointment to reception to billing. Hygienists, techs, and dentist were all kind and patient with me! Follow ups have had great communication.

Scheduling is terrible - almost a year to get an appointment. I got hit by a car a year ago and that experience was just about as troublesome as getting an appointment here. It's Feb 2024 right now, and I have an appointment in Apr 2024. The only problem is that I've been trying to schedule this since Aug 2023. They canceled my appointment in Dec 2023 because they made a mistake with my scheduling, and when I showed up today, they told me I didn't have an appointment at all (I checked my phone, and I called 2 weeks ago. I recall the exact instructions they gave me and I wrote it down in several locations, so I'm confident I was supposed to have one). As someone working in medicine, I can't keep wasting my time. This is effectively worse than having no dentist at all. I don't even know if my April appointment is worth waiting for. I understand that the clinic is understaffed, but this doesn't work.

My initial visit was met with a welcoming staff of professionals. I was grateful for their assistance in meeting my needs. Giselle and Isabelle provided outstanding service, and the expert technician was also very professional and kind.
