It is so bad, did not care about anything else but wanting my teeth braced. Did not even check my teeth, nobody even touched my teeth after having me wait for two hours. It was just all polite talk but no actual work I wasted my time.

Canceling my dental plan as I’m typing this. One of the worst dental offices I have visited. 1) unsanitary practice office 2) zero parking 3) appointments are out by two months or longer and then when you do show up finally, they tell you the wait is between 2-3 hours long I’ve only had one visit and they upsold me on deep cleaning which I did NOT need $2500 with insurance and then after arguing they agreed on basic cleaning which was sufficient which was covered by the insurance (imagine $0 vs. $2500) My second visit I showed up and they said I have to wait 3 hours to be seen even though I had an appointment. Left and never to look back! Avoid at all cost! Horrible service

Wait times are extremely long! Tanya was awesome though! She let me know the prices of everything I needed done before following through with procedure. She also helped me sign up for CareCredit to help cover the cost of anything that wasn’t covered by my insurance.
