Gentle Dental Division

I am only going to add 2 stars for the Asian lady that works there because she’s the sweetest person I’ve ever met , in fact I feel kind of sad that I won’t be back there because she was really nice towards me BUT the dentist is extremely rude and that’s the reason why I need to give 2 stars and never come back . The very first time when I asked him a question he replied with “do you need a translator? Because I answered your question 4 times already” and that was not it , he was always looking at me like I’m some kind of idiot , the last time I’ve been there he told me that “my test results are all over the place” and that was it , I had enough , I reported him and decided to change my dentist . Nobody should be disrespected like this , especially when I was always polite and nice to everybody! I didn’t deserve this kind of rudeness. He may be a good dentist or whatever but the way he treated me makes me not consider him a good professional. PS Also the receptionist was kind of rude

I would highly advise against getting any orthodontia care from Gentle Dental. I am finishing my second child with them. The locations will only have your orthodontist at your location once a week. So you will only get care on that specific day each week or you will have to go to a different location to visit your orthodontist. They have the orthodontist plus their team work at a different site each day of the week. You know, to make more money. You wait at least 15min past your scheduled appointment time due to them always being so behind. I was told a month ago I was done paying over my second child’s braces. Over $10,000.00 later, I get a bill. When I call they just said yeah it was an over sight and you need ti pay. No apology, no acknowledgement of their error. They auto deducted from my account for over two years. Go to a small orthodontist office, I’m sure it will be a much better experience.

Staff are friendly and personable, I would bring my children here. Igor the hygienist is amazing as well very friendly man, Doctor D is an amazing dentist he filled in a cavity for me so fast I just don't have any complaints normally there's always something but at gentle dental its all good!! They make going to the dentist easy an relaxing. Great job team at Gentle Dental you guys are amazing! ???? I will continue to go here for years to come.
