I am beyond appalled by the treatment my elderly great-grandmother received at this office. She is a kind and trusting woman who came to you for help, and instead, you took advantage of her in the worst way. Charging an elderly woman $15,000 to pull 12 teeth—and even having the audacity to charge for a cleaning on teeth that were about to be removed—is absolutely unconscionable. Gentle Dental Dr’s & staff were great to my daughter, when it came up to fixing her tooth they were on it right away. I will definitely recommend this Dental office.
