Gentle Dental made the tooth pain I was having the best best possible experience. They got me in quick. They explained everything thoroughly including what to expect with insurance and billing as well as the procedure and the time it would take. I had my consult with the endodontist at 8am and he had completed my two root canals by 10am! The pain was handled completely and I didn’t feel a thing. I was very happy to get it all handled so efficiently! Everyone was friendly at the office as well. Such great patient care!

Doctors and dental assistants A+, billing and payments C I have been coming to Gentle Dental, fka South West Dental for several years. Over the past couple of years, the prices went up, which is to be expected. However, I pay my out of pocket costs up front. Each time I get a bill in the mail 30 to 60 days later for $200 to $500 additional due. I called and spoke with Blair, and asked her where the breakdown is - does my insurance not post the correct amounts? Do they verify each time? What is the problem and can they help me with this? She said she would look into my billings and get back to me. I left 2 additional messages with no call back. I have 2 teeth left that need work and I am reluctant to continue going to this location. UPDATE: Blair waived my supplemental bill of $448. They stated that my insurance did not pay the amounts that they were quoted.

Their new office is big and beautiful, definitely an upgrade from the last one. The office manager, Blair makes a point to make sure she does everything she can to ensure your service is not only stellar but also makes you feel like she really genuinely cares about you getting your oral health taken care of. Highly recommend!
