Gentle Dental Tri Pointe

Today I started my ortho treatment, with the Gentle Dental ortho team, and had the best experience! They’re were amazing and made this process very easy! The general and hygiene team have worked with me as well and are so sweet and caring. My favorite dental office

I don't post much reviews but I'm extremely disappointed on how things are handled there at that location.Lack of communication is a big thing there.I was told one thing on one visit and then told a completely different thing on another.Each visit I went to I was furious and frustrated and was sent home without nothing done, waisting a work day.I understand doctors come and go but I wish they would communicate better to their patients.They don't apologize and come with a excuse to justify what transpired.I am debating on switching to a new dentist very soon. Btw please look at what you are getting charged for and and get a second opinion if you feel that's a bit too much so you aren't throwing your hard earned money away

Gentle Dental is by far the most positive experience I’ve had with a dentist. I had an issue arise over the weekend, and they were able to get me in the very next day I called to make an appointment. Haylee and Nancy are AMAZING!!! They were so kind and friendly, it really made my overall experience a comfortable one. I’ve never been a fan of the dentist, but the Gentle Dental team is really there to take care of you. I couldn’t recommend them enough!
