Grinz Orthodontics - East Tucson

As their star patient, I can say that this place is absolutely amazing. The staff is the friendliest staff I have ever interacted with and they literally brighten my day every time I go in. The whole team seems very competent and knows exactly what they are doing. If you want to get braces then definitely get them here. No other place can compare!

We contracted with Dr. Blaze. Dr. Blaze had been in business and had a super reputation. When we would see him, he would be on time for our appointments. Dr. Blaze sold the business to Grinz. All I can say is, don't go here. When we have an appointment, we arrive on time. The hygienist normally doesn't take my child back until 20-45 minutes PAST the appointment time. When the hygienist is done, if you have to see the doctor, that's another 20-40 minute wait. There is no order to the way the doctor takes the next patient. What this means is your child could be waiting for 20 minutes, but the doctor will jump to the next chair - meanwhile, that child has only been waiting 5 minutes. It's absolutely a nightmare. I see the Dr. changing gloves between each chair. Chair after chair. I never see him wash his hands or sanitize them. I guess this is ok, but it seems super gross. Best orthodontist in Tucson by far!! The staff is so great. They are caring, friendly and always keep you informed. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our daughter. I would recommend them for anyone who needs braces for themselves or their kids!!
