The assistant Becca was extremely helpful during my visit. She took the time to explain everything she was doing to make me feel comfortable. Front desk staff at Wood village always pleasant.
My husband went to the wood village branch and had 6 teeth pulled to get fitted for an upper denture. For a week after and still happening, he is pulling tooth shards that are expelling out of his gums. They knew he had bad teeth and when they saw his teeth start breaking they should have referred him to an oral surgeon. He hasn’t been able to eat anything but pancaked and grilled cheese soaked in tomato soup. Totally uncalled for
I’ve had such a great experience here at Wood Village Gentle Dental. The staff is so nice and helpful. I have already referred others to come and will continue to do so. Dr. Lee has been amazing and so friendly. She even remembered in between visits that it was my birthday and about my math test. One of a kind! This place is great.
