Gentle Dental took great care of me. It was my first time in a dental office in 5 years due to my fear of Dentists I've had in the past. They explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable. Thank you to everyone from reception to dentists to oral surgeons
I was informed they were not in network with my insurance after I was called in to the exam room. Luckily it was before any work was done but it would have definitely been EXTREMELY helpful if they had verified my insurance at the time I scheduled the appointment.
My experience so far has been excellent. The hygienists, assistants, and oral surgeons are top notch. And the customer service is next level. I am so glad I found this office to get all my dental work done.
