Great Expressions Dental Centers - Cascade

Dental Cleaning today. She did a great job and very thorough with aftercare. Also I had my Root canal done here in February excellent job with Minimal pain. My porcelain crowns were placed last month after my root canal and they look and feel Awesome. I highly recommend anyone to come to the Cascade Rd. Location for Great Expressions. ????

I have a balance on this account that was in Dispute and what's supposed to be researched. the clerk wanted to argue with me about the balance due and I told her I had not received the bill which I had not. She got upset with the conversation. She took my card to pay for the past due service bill, and put the number in wrong from my debit card. She attpted twice. It was declined because she didn't input the card number in correctly. And then I ask her to calm down. And she told me I am calm you just need to pay your bills in a very negative ugly way. I asked to see the manager and she went into her office and closed the door in front of me to cover her self. What a way to treat A patient with a long history with great expression and the aggravation I have endured. I asked her for an apology and she refused. Her name Stacy Hedrek.

My visit was awesome. Sandra is the truth and so is the lady with the dreads that checked me out. The service was very efficient. At this point I consider them to be my dentist for a long time to come.
