The staff is pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, patient, and efficient. Dr. Preston is very easy going. IF I were afraid of dental visits, between his first line of diffusion, Alexis, and himself, I would forget I had any anxiety about visiting the dentist's office. From the waiting area to the treatment rooms, everything is clean and serene.
Called to schedule an appointment on 10/24/2023. Apppointment was scheduled for 11/29/2023. Waited a whole month to be told the day of my appointment that they were cancelling my appointment because no one was in there office and they could not provide another date. Was told that I needed to wait 2 days for someone to call to reschedule. Very unprofessional.
I Am very happy with Dr Preston and his staff. He and his staff always make me feel comfortable and help me with whatever the situation is!!!
