I advise any current or prospective patients of this practice to seriously consider another office. I have had very unsatisfactory experiences since the new ownership and new management. They pressured me to have a very expensive root scaling/planing procedure. Other than it being $1100.00 as compared to $140 for a regular cleaning, I failed to notice much of a difference in the procedure or the results. Then without explaining they placed me into scheduled program of more frequent visits that cost considerably more money. The first time I came for my scheduled visit I arrived to find out the technician wasn’t there and I would have to reschedule. The appointment was for 10am and you would think they could have notified me before I drove to their office. When I came the following week for the next appointment the reception person had no record of the new appointment. Disturbing! They did get me in and the tech performed what I perceived as a normal cleaning. There was not anything don
