I was taken in right on time and my hygienist was very efficient, explained every step and did a thorough job. Well done.

Terrible experience. Went in as a new patient looking for an exam and a cleaning. For starters I had to wait an hour and a half in the chair for the dentist. While waiting the assistant proceeds with a procedure stating it’s for thier records. Which come to find out it’s optional and wasn’t stated that way. Upsell #1. Upon my exam I’m quoted to come back for multiple cleanings and multiple cavities that can’t even be seen in the x-ray. $600 estimate. Upsell #2. Two hours later I’m out the door without even a basic cleaning. They treat it like an auto body shop with the fact you only want one simple thing and they require hundreds of dollars in other procedures and swindle you for optional services. Very unfortunate given I have quality insurance as well. 1 star and it’s only for the receptionist who were very friendly.

Very disappointed with Great Expression Dental. I've been coming here for years with no problems until recently. I just wanted basic cleaning and they charged me $650 for 2 appointments that I didn't really need. When I told them I didn't want to do it, they said I could go somewhere else. Do not recommend this place to anyone because all they want is to rip off your money!
