Pelican Preserve Dental Care

Best dentist I have ever had! I highly recommend them! The office staff and the rest of the team are fantastic as well.

After 10+ years of being at another dental office, they no longer accepted my insurance (Delta), and I had to find another office. I was able to find Pelican Preserve, and needless to say I am so happy with my experience. My first visit was today, and from start to finish, it was a great encounter with staff and Dr. Martinez. I would highly recommend if you are in the Gateway area.

The dentist is never available except one time a month to fix fillings and if you aren't available that day, then you are out of luck. This was a constant problem from 2021-2023. The staff is friendly but the front office is disorganized and the billing department easily forgets things until months later. They tend to have higher employee turn over than most dental offices. I left this practice because they were unable to fix a filling they had put in 5 months prior. The new dentist I saw at Riverdale Dental said the filling was not done correctly by Pelican Preserve causing it to come out. I really enjoy having to pay twice in one year for a new filling and then to have it redone. Riverdale Dental in Fort Myers is a much better Dental practice and they were able to fit me in as they have a dentist in office daily. I would not recommend Pelican Preserve for any kind of dental emergency or expect them to fix a current clients problem with any kind of swiftness or professionalism.
