Took my son back for his evaluation a couple months ago. Showed up 10 mins early for our apt and waited an hour to be seen. Even when we did get called back it took another 15 mins to get the dentist in. Prior to this apt my son needed to get another cap on one his back molars. Previous to that apt they gave my son laughing gas to do his dental work, since I did not want them to put him under. He did great with the laughing gas provided and had no issues (he just turned 4). However when we came back for his other cap to be done the assistant was asking me to sign off on putting him under, I explained about the last apt and she did not pressure me anymore to sign the form. However they did not give him laughing gas and he struggled through the work being done. I was pretty upset with that apt as now he is terrified of getting 'silver teeth' and doesn't want to fully open his mouth for the dentist moving forward. I’ve taken my kids here since they were little , always caring and very attentive from front girls all the way back to the back workers , very sweet and will answer all of your questions , Dr,Chase is very good with children and has a lot of patience to work with little ones ! Would definitely recommend this place !
